This diploma thesis aims to develop a construction project. It provides project documentation
for building permits and technical reports according to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll. [1],
amending Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on documentation of buildings [2], as amended by Decree
No. 62/2013 Coll. [3] and Decree No. 169/2016 Coll. [4]. Furthermore, the thesis includes a
thermal technical assessment of perimeter constructions, an energy label for the building
envelope according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011) [5] as well as a static assessment of the reinforced
concrete staircase between the 1st and 2nd floors.
