Plánování rekonstrukcí objektů na základě fyzické a finanční životnosti

Abstract

Bachelor's thesis deals with the planning of the repairs and reconstructions based on the financial and physical life of the building. The theoretical part follows the types of life, degradation processes, wear, finance repairs and renovations. Thesis addict to a plan of repair and reconstruction using a model of technical-economic analysis and in the subsequent section deals with the theory of archive buildings. The practical part is about the building of the Provincial Archives in Opava. It describes the basic data, analyzes its technical condition, repairs, reconstruction and highlights the design, which does not meet the technical requirements. Output consists time's and financial plan repair and reconstruction created by software support buildpass. Extent of this bachelor thesis is 40 numbered pages.
