Eliminace degradace částí ocelové formy používané v technologii nízkotlakého odlévání hliníkových slitin

Abstract

This thesis focuses on degradation of steel moulds used in technology of low pressure die casting of aluminium alloys and its elimination. It describes technology of low pressure die casting of aluminium alloys and facilities, which are used for this purpose. It also describes metal moulds and materials which they are made of and influences which negatively affect its durability. Experimental part of the thesis deals with problematics of durability, costs, and time complexity of different technological solutions of pouring basin of metal moulds. These solutions are evaluated with respect to real data, which were obtained in production. It provides recommendation, based on evaluation of experiment made, which will help to choose the most suitable technological solution and to increase durability in general.
