Abstract
Bachelor thesis is focused on payment order and bill and check payment order in Czech law. This thesis contains all connections which are associated with payment order. It begins with the necessity of abiding all legal procedural conditions, through completing application for payment order to issue the decision on the merits and the subsequent effects of its legal power. Indispensable is it to mention possibilities for defendants how to protect by using appeal. Next part covers the impact of the last amendment of Civil Procedure and the project eJustice on making payment order more effective. This means radical changes of delivery system in the Czech judiciary based on transferring responsibility from state to citizens and the introduction of electronic payment orders. Purpose of this thesis is to assess the completeness of payment order legislation in Civil Procedure and primarily to assess how useful computerization process of the Czech judiciary is.
