Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the methods of acquiring new members for the academy and classes at SC FAJNE. More specifically, a recruitment event called “Sportovní mikulášská noc” is discussed as it was accompanied by a programme for adult clients. The thesis involves the timetable for the preparation of the event, budget, and also the survey, which provides feedback about the event. The thesis is structured into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with definition and characterization of terms related to this topic. The practical part describes individual stages connected with the preparation and organization of such event.
