Organizace a financování vybraných komunálních služeb města

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení organizace a financování vybraných komunálních služeb města Rožnov pod Radhoštěm ve sledovaném období let 2018 až 2022. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy jako veřejná správa, samospráva obcí, velikostní vymezení obcí, rozpočty obcí a charakteristikou vybraných komunálních služeb. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na konkrétní vybrané komunální služby, definuje určenou metodiku pro splnění cíle práce, jednotlivé ukazatele použité pro zhodnocení. Následně jsou zvolené ukazatele použity ke zhodnocení organizace a financování komunálních služeb.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the evaluation of the organization and financing of selected communal services in the city of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm in the period of 2018 to 2022. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with concepts such as public administration, self-government of municipalities, size determination of municipalities, municipal budgets and characteristics of selected communal services. The practical part of the work is focused on specific selected communal services, it defines the determined methodology for fulfilling the goal of the work, individual indicators used for evaluation. Subsequently, the selected indicators are used to evaluate the organization and financing of communal services.
