Abstract

This thesis is concerned with e-learning and its application in business education as a substitute for traditional training. Aim is to select the appropriate tool and subsequent creation of e-learning course. The theoretical part deals with the definition of e-learning, its general division and possibilities of practical use. Fill of the next part is the specification of requirements for the course in terms of its content, user friendliness and technical capabilities of the company, Hayes Lemmerz Autokola, for which is determined. Based on these requirements, appropriate software is selected for follow-up course. The practical part describes the environment of CourseLab authoring tool, which is chosen for the ability to create software simulations, and workflow for the creating.
