Zhodnocení motivace vedoucích pracovníků v korporátní organizaci

Abstract

This master's thesis focuses on the motivation of managers in a corporate organization. Its aim is to identify and evaluate key factors influencing the motivation of managers. The research is based on a combination of questionnaire survey, semi-structured interviews and subjective observation. The findings indicate that managers' motivation is high in some areas, but there are also areas where measures for improvement can be suggested. In the advanced stage of the work, recommendations and measures are formulated to increase the current level of motivation of managers. These proposals can serve as a basis for discussion within the management of the organization under study.
