Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with development and employee training. Professional education provides benefits not only for the employees but also for the company itself. It helps individuals to cope with the work tasks and thus support the reputation of the organization. Employee training develops their self-confidence, helps better understand their tasks and in that way employees become experts in their qualification. There are also some benefits for organization, they can be expressed by increasing efficiency in business, extending team work and improving the career structure of the company.
The opening chapter introduces readers with the topic. The second chapter is devoted to the interpretation of employee training in specific books. The third chapter describes the selected company Orgrez, Inc. In the fourth chapter I create the analysis of the current situation. I focus on the importance of ongoing training activity. The project responds to the need of improvement and expansion the employee´s qualifications, which becomes necessary for improving the quality of service and keeping competitiveness. In the fifth chapter I propose recommendation and options based on the results of the questioning. The sixth chapter develops the ideas of employee training, and final chapter summarizes the main results of the thesis.
