Analýza a zhodnocení přínosů aplikace metody TPM

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is an analysis of implementation of TPM method for in Třinecké ţelezárny, a.s. (TZ, a.s.) in Wire Rod and Light Section Mill. This thesis consists of two parts, the first theoretical part deals with the principles and the concept of TPM and sets out the objectives of the methods and benefits of implementing TPM methodology. The second part, which is fundamental for the bachelor thesis formed by the analysis the introduction of the first three steps method TPM in TZ, a.s., identify the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of this method using an evaluation questionnaire and follow evaluation using Pareto analysis. This part also contains any suggestions for improving the strengths and eliminate weaknesses introduction of the first three steps method for TPM in TZ, a.s. in Wire Rod and Light Section Mill.
