Financování občanského sdružení

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na možné způsoby financování nestátních neziskových organizací. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku občanského sdružení a dále jednotlivé formy financování v členění na veřejné zdroje, neveřejné zdroje a samofinancování. Tyto úvodní kapitoly jsou podkladem pro čtvrtou kapitolu, kde je prezentována praktická část práce. Zde je nejprve detailně popsán proces získávání a vyúčtování státní dotace z Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy, jako jednoho z možných způsobů financování nestátní neziskové organizace. Tento postup je následně demonstrován na vybraném občanském sdružení ANIMA IUVENTUTIS, které se svým projektem Anima Iuventutis 2012, celým dotačním procesem úspěšně prošlo. Cílem této práce je celý proces přiblížit a demonstrovat na konkrétním občanském sdružení. Diplomová práce je inspirací pro nestátní neziskové organizace, jak využít státních prostředků pro financování své činnosti.

The thesis is focused on different ways to finance non-governmental, non-profitable organizations. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of the civic association and the various forms of financing divided to public resources, private resources and self-financing. These introductory chapters are the basis for the fourth chapter, where the practical part of the work is presented. Here is at first described in detail the process of gaining and accounting for government grants from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, as one of the possible ways of financing non-governmental organizations. This procedure is then demonstrated on a selected civic associations ANIMA IUVENTUTIS that, with its project Iuventutis Anima 2012, successfully passed the entire grant process. The objective of this work is to bring closer the whole process and demonstrate it on the particular civic association. This thesis is an inspiration for non-governmental organizations how to use state funds to finance their activities.
