Územní studie lokality B31 Brníčko, Uničov

Abstract

In my Bachelor Thesis I will deal with the proposal for solution of B31 locality in Uničov, local part Brníčko. This site is designated as an area for individual housing. The design of the new residential area will be solved according to the current status of the territory, the territorial plan and the boundary of the territory, I will also propose the technical infrastructure, the transport solution and the economic difficulty of the housing. The whole work has 81 pages. The result of this work is the design of the residential area in a given location according to urban principles and valid legislation.
