Analýzy a vyhodnocení preklinických testů z měření na bioimpedančním analyzátoru compartment syndromu

Abstract

The aim of this work is to evaluate the demonstration of a preclinical test measuring the onset of compartment syndrome by the bioimpedance method. The design of instruments and continuous measurement of drawing from studies that verify that in the event of ischemia that accompanies the compartment syndrome, determines the change in electrical properties of the tissue, which allow the bioimpedance method to measure. The designed device measures the changing impedance, phase angle and oxygenation of the reference and controlled limb. These results are adjusted and evaluated by statistical testing. The results of a statistical test determining the percentage success of measurements in which the parameters changed just in the cycle of limb loading simulating the onset of compartment syndrome but also the reliability and usability of the proposed device.
