Stanovení hodnoty podniku

Abstract

Stanovení hodnoty podniku je nedílnou součástí finančního řízení podniku. Hlavním úkolem ocenění podniku je posouzení finanční a ekonomické situace dané společnosti za pomocí specifických postupů a metod a stanovit její hodnotu. Cílem této práce bylo stanovit hodnotu podniku KATR , a. s. a na jejím základě zhodnotit finanční situaci podniku a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení situace. Text je situován do tří kapitol. V první kapitole jsou nejprve popsány a vysvětleny obecně používané principy a metodické postupy pro stanovení hodnoty podniku. V druhé kapitole následuje aplikace metod ve společnosti. Třetí kapitola je pak věnována zhodnocení výsledků provedené analýzy.

Determination of the Value of the Company is an integral part of financial management company. The main objective of determination of the company is to evalueate the financial and economical situation within the pertinent company using specific processes and methods and determine the value of company. The aim of this study was determination of the value of the company KATR, a.s and on its base to evalueate its financial position and also proposed some measures to improve the company’s position. The whole work is structured into three chapters. In the first chapter are first described and explained in general use the principles and methodical procedures for determining the value of the company. In the second chapter, the selected methods of analysing the KATR a. s. company’s results are applied. In the third and final chapter, the obtained results of the analyses, are assessed and evaluated.
