Optimalizace technologie výroby dutých výkovků z C-Mn ocelí

Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis is "Optimization of technology of hollow forgings from carbon-manganese steels". The theoretical part describes the production of unalloyed C-Mn steels, their forging, subsequent heat treatment and non-destructive testing. The practical part presents the individual steps of the production of the casing from the material SA-350M Grade LF2, Class 1, including the performed non-destructive tests. The production technology was optimized, consisting in the inclusion of a blacksmithing operation and a change in heat treatment.
