Analýza požadavků na hotelový informační systém

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu informační podpory řízení a správy hotelu. Nejdříve je uvedena teorie vztahující se k danému tématu a poté následuje podrobná analýza požadavků na informační hotelový systém. Na základě analýzy je proveden návrh možného zlepšení podpory řízení, které se v konečné části projeví návrhem nové podoby informačního systému. Protože se obecně jedná o velmi rozsáhlou oblast, je tato práce orientována na služby související s recepční činností a vlastním ubytováním hostů.

The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of the recent state of informative support of hotel management and administration. The first part of the thesis is focused on the given subject and afterwards the topic is followed by the detailed analysis of demands on the hotel information system. I will suggest possible improvement of the hotel management support which will finally draw to a new form of the hotel information system. Generally, the area of this topic is very wide and therefore this thesis is focused on the services related to the reception activities and guest accommodation.
