Analýza vlivu antidumpingových opatření na zahraniční politiku obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Priority of every country is to protect its internal market. This issue become a topical for the Czech republic by joining the European Union. This step meant integration to the internal market protection of European Community against dumping prices of imported good with series of business and political precaution. The dissertation aims to introduce aspects related do dumping issue on imported connecting parts from China, clarify the process that accompanies the adaptation of antidumping measures and consequences that may result for all involved. Also extensive analysis was carried out on specific company to analyze its foreign trade with a focus on selection optimal foreign partner.
