Abstract

The author familiarizes the readers with the legal instruments and describes the issue of recodification in the thesis. This is followed by the description of the company where the thesis has been carried out. The chapter dealing with the crucial changes in the legislation, with detailed description of the clauses and offering changes and conclusions is very important. The new processed version of the memorandum of association in compliance with the new legislation is enclosed as an appendix.
