Abstract

Thesis presents a comparison of current and previous legislation of Establishment and Incorporation of Limited Liability Company. The first part describes the Limited Liability Company, history, its institutions, the process of establishment and incorporation and abolition and termination of Limited Liability Company. The next chapter describes the most important changes that have had an impact on the establishment and incorporation of limited liability company. In the last part of the thesis is desribed how to establish company and also there are evaluated changes that have been described in the second chapter.
