Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to propose a suitable polyfunctional skeleton house so as to creat a practical and functional interfaces amenities and residential space. My aim was therefore an object that includes both non-residential premises used as shops and maisonettes with roof gardens that allow relaxation in the city center.

Tendency of this work is constructional koncept of polyfunctional house and assesment of structurally technological standard for roof garden and trafficable flat roof. Part of this work is general budgets and horizontal bar charts of individual variations of roof decks.
