Vazba předpisů EU a jejich vliv na činnosti prováděné hornickým způsobem v ČR.

Abstract

The work is focused on the assessment of the possible connection and influence of valid regulations and regulations issued by the European Union, reflected in the national legislation of the Czech Republic, in connection with mining activities. At the same time, there is presented a concrete possibility, verified in practice, how the impacts on the environmental policy of the organizations can be positively influenced, which is define in future time by regulations.
