Abstract

In this bachelor work on the topic „The Game Theory and its Possibilities in Managerial Decision-Making“ in the theoretical part I will deal with game theory as a science, afterward history and explanation of basic concepts. Further I highlight some selected types of games and I turn to the mathematical programming, where I mention some basic formulas and definitions. Then I come to the issues of managerial decision-making, in which I will briefly describe the methods of managerial decisions and elucidate the topics of decision making under uncertainty. In the practical part I will mention a few examples where I show the application of game theory to business decisions.
