Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of internal guidelines of a selected business entity, their characteristics and definition of their significance and requirements. It also focuses on defining the scope of their application, analyzing and evaluating existing guidelines used by a selected business corporation, proposing changes to current internal guidelines, and suggesting possible areas of focus for new guidelines.
