Návrh aplikace hodnocení úrovně BOZP na vybraných pracovištích firmy

Abstract

This master’s thesis is focused on improving the level of health and safety at work in a selected workplace. The aim of this thesis is to reduce the number of work related accidents at selected workplaces by the introduction of a new application and its use in practice. The purpose of this app is to motivate employees and to make them get involved with the management in order to reduce the number of accidents at work and to report the accidents which almost happened. The final part of this thesis is about the evaluation of the app, whether it worked and the expected results occured, i.e. how to increase the level of OHS in a company.
