Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a family house with the use of rainwater in the household.The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the architectural design of a two-storey family house. The second part deals with the design of the sewerage system, including its connection to the combined sewer system, the design of the internal water supply system, and the use of rainwater within the household. Within the thesis, two methods of rainwater utilization are compared – a system with a domestic water supply unit and a system with a tank supplied with potable water. Based on the proposed designs, the efficiency of the individual systems is assessed, and their technical and economic comparison is carried out.
