Abstract
This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a real estate agency in Ostrava. The aim of the thesis is to provide a detailed analysis and plan proposal, which includes a comprehensive overview of the market environment, strategic planning and financial projections necessary to establish and maintain a successful business in the real estate sector. In the theoretical part, basic terms such as entrepreneur, business, enterprise, business plant and legal forms of business are defined. The real estate market is also analyzed here. The practical part of the work presents a specific business plan, which includes external and internal market analysis and the very application of knowledge from the theoretical part into practice. The results of the analyzes show that the real estate market in Ostrava provides favorable conditions for establishing a new office, but it is also associated with challenges, such as there is high competition and a dynamic market environment. At the end of the thesis, the feasibility of the business plan is evaluated and the key steps for its successful implementation are formulated.
