Abstract

The topic of my bachelor thesis is resident satisfaction measurement with the municipal services. The main goal of the thesis is to measure resident´s satisfaction with services provided by the municipality of Píšť in the field of education, culture, municipal, transport and technical facilities. The thesis is divided into several parts. In theoretical part will be described environment of Píšť and theoretical basis of measuring resident´s satisfaction. In application part will be description of research methodology. Data will be ensured by quantitative research with written questioning. The mainly used tool for data gathering will be structured questionnaire. At the final part of thesis will be established proposals and recommendations for better quality life in Píšť.
