Analýza příčin porušení ozubeného kola z oceli 18CrNiMo7-6

Abstract

Presented thesis analyzes the reason of a wheel damage, made of 18CrNiMo7-6 steel. Theoretical part contains a description of thermo-chemical steel treatments; deals with the principles applied in this type of treatment with a focus on carburizing. Next, the work lists the most important steel types used for carburizing and their properties. The experimental part of the thesis summarizes the analysis of tooth wheel damage. This part contains a fractographic analysis of the damaged tooth wheel, structural analysis both damaged and non-damaged tooth wheel, not excluding tempering of the specimens and their subsequent analysis.
