Hospodaření domova pro seniory

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat činnost příspěvkové organizace Domov seniorů Havířov a provést analýzu hospodaření této organizace v letech 2010 až 2014. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením neziskových organizací, zejména pak příspěvkových organizací. Dále je teoretická část věnována problematice sociálních služeb v České republice. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis činnosti Domova seniorů Havířov, obzvlášť na popis střediska Luna a Helios včetně jejich nabízených služeb. Praktická část také obsahuje analýzu hospodaření dané organizace v časovém období let 2010 až 2014. Na základě analýzy hospodaření bylo pak provedeno zhodnocení hospodaření.

The aim of this work is to describe the contributory organization Retirement home Havirov and analysis of financial management of the organization from year 2010 to year 2014. The theoretical part focuses with the definition of non-profit organizations, particularly then contributory organizations. The theoretical part is devoted to the issue of welfare services in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on description of activities Retirement home Havířov, particularly on the description of Luna and Helios centers and their services offered. The practical part contains an analysis of financial management of the organization in the time period of the years 2010 to 2014. On the basis analysis of financial management was then carried out evaluation of financial management.
