Zhodnocení vlivu digestátu ve vztahu k bezobratlým

Abstract

This Bachelor work deals with creating of method for testing of digestate and its separated parts (solid fraction, liquid fraction) on selected group of invertebrates in terrain conditions. In the first part are explained theoretical concepts as biogas plant and its input and output material biogas and solid fraction. Further there are processed and explained chemicals in soil environment, quality of soil, risk elements and invertebrates including their life cycle. Next part deals with research in terrain conditions especially examining temperature and humidity of air and solid in vermicomposter and calculating of solid fiction ration and its parts.
