Krize vybrané společnosti a návaznost na úpadek a hrozící úpadek

Abstract

Diplomová práce hodnotí krizi společnosti a její návaznost na úpadek nebo hrozící úpadek. K posouzení ukazatelů hodnocení v letech 2008 – 2011 bylo použito metody analýzy, syntézy a komparace. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy vztahující se ke stanovení krize, stanovení úpadku a insolvenčního řízení. Práce popisuje také způsoby řešení úpadku podniku. Praktická část je zaměřena na stanovení krize podniku a jejího řešení. Z účetních výkazů rozvahy a výsledovky je vyhodnocena ekonomická situace podniku pomocí vybraných finančních ukazatelů. Cílem práce je řešení hrozícího úpadku podniku, který byl na základě tržního ocenění považován za krizi, která je řešitelná mimosoudním způsobem v podobě restrukturalizace a sanace podniku. Záměrem tedy není řešení soudní cestou insolvenčním řízením, ale mimosoudní cesta a zachování funkce a existence podniku.

The thesis evaluates crisis of society and its connection to the decline or imminent decline. To the comparison of evaluating indicators in the years 2008 – 2011 there was used the method of analysis, synthesis and comparison. In the theoretical part there are described the terms related to the stipulation of crisis, stipulation of decline and insolvency. The thesis also describes the ways of solution of company´s decline. The practical part is focused on stipulation of company crisis and its solution. Economic situation of company is assessed from accounting records: balance sheet and profit and loss statement using chosen financial indicators. The aim of the thesis is solution of imminent decline of company, which was considered crisis on the basis of market pricing, which is solvable using out-of-court way in a form of restructuring and financial rehabilitation of company. The purpose is not solution by legal way using insolvency but out-of-court way and conservation of function and existence of company.
