Abstract

The thesis deals with the issue of measuring the work performance of production shift workers in a selected company with a focus on measuring and evaluating their work efficiency and performance standards. During the monitored period, there were large performance differences in the quantity of sets produced and the efficiency of operators between production shifts. The aim of this thesis is to make a description and evaluation of the current state of performance standards of labour consumption for evaluation and measurement of work shift performance and to propose measures leading to an improvement of the current situation in the selected industrial enterprise. Apply the braimstorming method, uneven performance of production shifts were analyzed and their root causes were revealed. One of the main reasons was the uneven flow of material through the production workplace. In order to avoid uneven performance of production shifts, the working performance and efficiency of operators at the work place Dekant, PTT and the efficiency of operators on production lines must be measured. The statistical method and the method of predefined MOST times were used to establish new performance standards. After suggesting new performance standards for evaluating and measuring the work performance of factory shift workers, a new production application was created.
