Zmapování systému motivace zaměstnanců v organizaci netdevelo s.r.o.

Abstract

The aim of diploma thesis is mapping of the motivation system of employees and analyze their satisfaction and motivation in netdevelo s.r.o. organization. In the theoretical part is defined human resource management, theory of motivation and remuneration. Practical part begins with description of netdevelo s.r.o. organization and it’s current incentive system. Analysis of satisfaction and motivation of employees is done with using questionnaire. The final chapter include the measures to improve the current situation.
