Abstract

The thesis deals with marketing research of employee satisfaction in the company BISTA-KBW Ltd. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of company’s structure, history, products, culture and working environment. Theoretical assessment of the company’s marketing and marketing research was performed related to employee’s satisfaction and motivation. The practical part deals with information obtained from marketing research and analysis of the data. In conclusion, the suggestions and specific recommendations are presented to optimize marketing strategy of the company.
