Hospodaření vybraných obcí v Mikroregionu obcí povodí Stonávky

Abstract

The bachelor thesis named „Financial Management of the Selected Municipalities in the Stonávka Basin Microregion“ deals with the assessment management with the municipality economy of municipalities Střítež and Třanovice between years 2010–2014. Both municipalities have approximately 1 000 inhabitants and are also similar of territory. For preparation of this bachelor is used the method of comparison, horizontal and vertical analysis, synthesis, abstraction and deduction. The main aim of this bachelor is to describe and evaluate the development of revenues and expenditures of municipalities Střítež and Třanovice within the reporting period. The sectional aim of this bachelor is to evaluate the amenities all municipalities throughout Microregion. The findings suggest that both municipalities economy differently with different amounts of cash and that usually municipalities with higher population offers its citizens a greater number of services. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the status and management of municipalities in the Czech Republic and possibilities of cooperation between municipalities. The practical part of the work is devoted to evaluate the amenities of municipalities throughout Microregion, financial management od municipalities Střítež and Třanovice and evaluation of the most major revenue and expense items. From the above findings are propose options for improving the management of municipalities.
