Abstract
The thesis deals with the implementation of control algorithms for tandem furnace secondary dedusting technology located in Arcelor Mittal Ostrava a.s. In first part, this work presents the concept of automation system based on Siemens Simatic S7-400 programmable controller including distributed periphery ET200S and PROFIBUS communication protocol. Second part shows an analysis of secondary dedusting technology technical solution with regards to concept of steelmaking in tandem furnace. There is also functional analysis of whole technology with regards to different operating states. In this context, the third part of this work shows HW configuration used for control purposes, definition list of PLC symbols and I/O list for controlled technology. Main, fourth part of this work deals with creation of control algorithms and their implementation in to the PLC according to Ingeteam standards. In this part we can also see description of each program element and structures used in whole control software. Testing those algorithms in simulation software WinMOD, implementation of diagnostic functions and program debugging is also related to this part. Last, fifth part shows final commissioning of designed control system and his testing inside electrical cabinet. This process of final commissioning also includes testing of inputs and outputs connected to the PLC and testing of communication with HMI panel. In the end we can find evaluation of designed algorithms with relation to testing of designed control system.
