Abstract

This bachelor work analyses consumer behaviour on the mobile phone market. First chapter contains history and present of Nokia company. Second chapter describes teoretical data of consumer behaviour. Third chapter contains methodics of analysis, which gives us basic of anlysis output. There is an analysis output in fourth chapter. The last chapter gives suggestions and recommendations to Nokia company.
