Abstract

The bachelor thesis "bakery with café in the Radkov" focuses on the preparation of project documentation for construction of multipurpose building. The building is situated in the central part of the village Radkov. The bakery is located in the main road near detached houses and municipal office. The concept of the building is based on the analysis of residential buildings of the village and use of products of municipality. Design emphasizes on proportions and analysis of materials. The resulting object is designed by two floors including both public spaces, the registration zone and the zone of housing. The proposal includes the production of bakery, storage space, retail space and a cafe and two flats on the 2nd floor. The project aims to improve the level of architectural and urban communities and contribute to the revival in the locality. The basis for the preparation of this documentation was urban studies (ATT III.), Architectural study (ATT IV.) and documentation for building permit (ATT Va.).
