This Bachelor thesis provides information about tracked amphibious vehicles at the Fire Department of the Czech Republic. This thesis describes in detail the new engineering GAZ 3409 Bobr and Hägglunds BV 206 and their deployment within the territory of the Czech Republic. An overview of tracked vehicles used by fire brigades in the Czech Republic and abroad is included in this thesis. It further compiles information concerning the possibilities of engagement of tracked amphibious vehicles, the particulars of their engagement, as well as their use in concrete situations.
