Abstract
The diploma thesis „Assessing the value of the recruitment agency“ analyses the possibilities how to determine the value of the company JOB-centrum Ostrava, a joint stock company by means of selected evaluation methods.
The theoretical part covers the theoretical ontcomes, elementary approaches and evaluation methods. The practical part includes the characteristics of the company, describes the strategic and financial analysis. At the end of the thesis the value of the company is assessed.
