Optimalizace procesu vyvažování letadel

Abstract

Thesis deals with the issue of aircraft balancing. The first parts provide a basic description of the selected company. Content of theoretical part is an introduction to the process of balancing aircraft and basic information about quality management, safety management and information system related to this process. The practical part is focused on the examination of the error rate in a certain period for three customers of the company Air Dispatch (CLC) s.r.o. On the base of the analysis of errors by the employees of the selected company, there are solutions proposed to optimize the process. The main goal of this thesis is to propose such solutions that would help reduce the error rate of employees, and also would be economically acceptable for the company. Acquisitions and risks of the proposals are evaluated at the end of the practical part.
