Ostrava, VŠB-TUO Faculty of Civil Engineering,. 133 p. This diploma thesis compares the two proposed options structure of the Roof Cladding. The first option is double-layer ventilated flat roof, the second option is single-layer flat roof with a classic sequence of layers. The main evaluation criteria are time and financial consuming, secondary criteria are the expected life of the structure and thermo-technical parameters of the structure. The thesis is divided into two parts. Part technology and part of the building. In the construction part is the documentation of the object for execution of the project. The main scope of the technological part is comparison of proposed structures according to specified criteria, further technological procedures for conducting roof construction, construction timetables, itemized budgets and site equipment.
