Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of consumer behaviour while purchasing electronics online. The thesis explores theoretical outcomes of consumer behavior and of online electronics market with specification of the biggest e-shops. The aim of this work is to determine the behavior of customers of e-shops when buying electronics on the internet and specify their buying practices. In conclusion, outlined the proposals and recommendations for small e-shops to succeed in the competition.
