Abstract
This Diploma thesis is divided to teoretical part and practical part. The teoretical part describes basic ideas, types of electrical sources, their properties and possibilities of measurement their load characteristics too. The thesis describes how the differential resistence affect the waveform of load characteristics. The second part includes the design and a realization of Programmable Electronic Loads. The design contains basic theses, descriptions of electronic parts, further examples of calculation and the realization of mechanical construction. This realized compact Programmable Electronic Loads can load DC sources with constant current. The Diploma thesis includes resaults of practical measurements at the end.
