Wellness centrum Ostrava-Přívoz

Abstract

The bachelor thesis called “Wellness Centre Ostrava – Přívoz“ is a follow up on the architectural study prepared within the lecture “atelier work IV” and also on documentation for construction permit prepared within the lecture “studio work Va”. The thesis consists of two parts: drawing and text. 80% of the drawing part consists of architectural – construction part and 20% consists of specialization focused on over-ground architecture. The introduction of the text part describes solution for the location and its surroundings as well as solution for the building itself. Also the content of the text part processes associative and technical reports for the proposed object. The aim was to design a functional object that would revive the surroundings and increased the number of people in the area.
