Systémový návrh nasazení workflow na Magistrátu města Ústí nad Labem

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá nasazením workflow na Magistrátu města Ústí nad Labem. Obsahuje analýzu stávajícího stavu a vymezuje požadované počáteční podmínky. Dále je v práci popsán detailní návrh řešení implementace, včetně cenové kalkulace a podrobného harmonogramu nasazení. Okrajově se také dotýká historie a současnosti workflow a seznamuje čtenáře s požadavky kladenými na workflow systémy a s workflow samotným. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny dosažené výsledky a nastíněn možný další rozvoj navrhovaného řešení.

This thesis deals with the deployment of workflows at Ústí nad Labem Municipality. It contains an analysis of the current status and defines the requested initial terms. The thesis also describes a detailed design of implementing solution, including the pricing and the schedule of deployment. Marginally, it also deals with the history and the present of workflows and describes the requirements on the wokflows and workflow systems. In the end the thesis recapitulates the results and proposes further development of workflow at Ústí nad Labem Municipality.
