Abstract

Goal of the thesis is to analyze administration of Mikulovice municipality and based on this analysis give proposals how to optimize and rationalize administration of the municipality. Thesis is divided, except of the introduction and the resume, into 4 chapters. First chapter is theoretical and clarifies basic terms used in the thesis. Second chapter studies Mikulovice municipality from the economical and social point of view. Administration of Mikulovice municipality is covered in the third chapter. Final, fourth, chapter gives proposals how to make administration of mentioned municipality more effective. In this thesis are used methods of observation, investigation, comparation, analysis and synthesis.
