Zlepšování procesu výroby bowdenů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyze shifter cable conduit production process at tier 1 OEM supplier for improvement possibilites identification and implementation. Theoretical part contain introduction of some mostly used improvement methods and tools used during its applications as well as brief desriprion of shifter conduit production process with special focus on key process parameters and product characteristics. Second part apply improvement methodology as described by ČSN EN ISO 9004:2002 using tools like Pareto chart, Ishikawa diagram or relational matrix for SC conduit inner liner shrinkage and conduit inner diameter out of tolerance. As a result of this method application controlled KPI reached targeted value due to suggested corrective actions implementation.
