Abstract
Thesis deals with building improvised shelter in the selected minor children educational institutions. It describes present state and development of the people sheltering in the Czech Republic. Possibilities of sheltering students and employees will be analyzes in the selected minor children educational institutions. Next this work makes more detail analysis of the selected minor children educational institutes and useful places for build improvised shelter there. Finally will be in harmony with the concept of population protection, design an improvised shelter for selected institute.
