Abstract

The goal of my work was to determine the value of TECHNO OVA s.r.o. to 1.1. 2011. In analyzing the company I used the company's financial statements for the period 2006-2010, where I received all the necessary data. All analysis used in this study as a strategic, financial, vertical, horizontal sheet analysis, financial analysis, financial ratios, especially the SWOT analysis and valuation methods are described in the theoretical part. In the analytical section, I first carried out a strategic analysis, ie analysis of macro and micro, as applied to the data I need a formula from financial analysis and valuation methods. A summary of results I have provided information about the financial situation of the company and especially about the value of the company. These findings are described in the proposals and recommendations will also find the recommended changes that the company would lead to better results.
